Purpose
The workshop is dedicated to establishing the interconnections between young researchers from different research groups and fields at ICRR.
Style
This year's workshop is held at the Kashiwa campus, and in-person participation is preferred in order to have fruitful discussion. Remote connection can be setup if necessary. Please let us know whether you attend the workshop onsite or online in your registration process. We circulate the Zoom link later for those who will attend online.
Banquet
We have a banquet at the Cafeteria at 17:30 on 17th July 2024. We can offer some menus for vegetarians, so please let us know your dietary restrictions in the registration process. We are sorry, but unfortunately, we cannot provide menus for other dietary restrictions than the vegetarian menu.
If you would like to change your intention to participate in the banquet, please contact katosei@icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp by Sunday 7th July 2024, after this date, we cannot change the reservation anymore and we will ask you to pay the participation fees.
The participation fee for the banquet will be 3000JPY for students and 5000JPY for others, but it could change. We circulate later the information about the exact participation fee for participants.

You can make your registration process from the bottom of this page. Please complete your registration by Sunday, 7th July 2024, to make sure the number of participants to the banquet.
