 International workshop on Very High Energy Particle Astronomy (VHEPA) aim
 s at a comprehensive understanding of the high energy universe with a foc
 us on multi-messenger astronomy and astro-particle physics. The workshop
  brings together experts in cosmic-ray and high energy neutrino physics\,
  and young researchers who are interested in joining this emerging field.
 \n\nPrevious VHEPA workshops have been held at Kashiwa\, Honolulu\, Hilo 
 and Taipei.\n\nThe 10th International Workshop on Very High Energy Particl
 e Astronomy in 2019 (VHEPA2019)\, will be held  at the Institute for Co
 smic Ray Research (ICRR) on the Kashiwa Campus of The University of Tokyo
 \,  Japan\, February 18-20\, 2019. The purpose of the workshop is to di
 scuss prospects for PeV and EeV astroparticle physics in the multiple mes
 senger era following recent observations and  future projects in the fi
 eld of Very High Energy Particle Astrophysics.\n\n\nWe welcome your activ
