Useful Information

VHEPA 2024 will be a hybrid meeting held at IIT Kanpur on  17 to 19 October. It will provide a forum for an in-depth discussion of the high energy universe with a focus on multi-messenger astronomy and Astro-particle physics.

The program will consist of invited and contributed talks as well as poster presentations. We plan to have the following sessions:

- Cosmic Rays
- Gamma Rays
- High Energy Neutrinos
- Gravitational Waves
- Multi-messenger Astronomy

Registration:

Rs. 12000 (about 150 dollars) for in person participants
Covers pickup from airport or station, lunches, tea breaks, special dinner and other
conference expenses

Talks: Invited and contributory (both oral and poster presentations)

Accommodation: All participants will be hosted at the IIT Kanpur guest house at the rate of Rs. 2000 per day (Rs. 1500 per day for twin sharing).

Pick up from airport/station: We request all participants to inform us about their arrival/departure from Kanpur so that pick up can be arranged
