The dinner will take place on Monday March 25 at 17.30h in the cafeteria in Kashiwa Campus カフェテリア
less than 5 min away from the conference venue.
The dinner fee is 4000 ¥ to be paid in cash during the coffee breaks or lunch time on March 25th. It includes food, wine and beer. The dinner is not covered by the organization and shall be paid by the participant.
Note: if you are vegetarian or have any other food restriction please contact us before March 18.
Cancellation policy: we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our reservation cancellation policy. Please take note that we could not accept the cancellation after March 19.
